Sinus pressure: When the sinuses fill up, they can cause pressure behind the eye, eyebrow and cheek region. Try using warm saline nasal washes and antihistamines to reduce the inflammation and pressure. This should also make your eyes less painful to move.

Eye movement painful: Hello- yes, sinus congestion can cause pain and pressure around the eyes, as well as fever and virus. Over the counter decongestants and acetaminophen may help as well, extra fluids and follow up with your doctor if pain is worsening or you develop visual changes or fever.
