Ache in ear and crackling in ears . i have shooting pains side of eye and eye ache. but ive had this now for 1 and half years. i can feel pressure behind nose, my nose is clear? had eye checks pain in head ? also i dont feel effects from anti depres?

You should see an ear, nose and throat doctor. They can examine you and possibly order tests, like a CT scan of your head and sinuses. If no etiology can be found, see an eye specialist for a complete eye exam. Hopefully, the cause of your symptoms can be found. See your doctor for depression treatment. You can also get your hearing tested by an audiologist to see if you have any hearing loss.

If you haven't done so, I recommend having a CT scan of the brain and of the paranasal sinuses or consult a neurologist for evaluation.
