GI infection: Gastrointestinal infections are typically caused by a virus. Make sure you are drinking copious amounts of water/electrolytes as this helps to flush out the intestines. Also take a probiotic to regrow your good intestinal flora. Take a pain reliever for stomach cramps and limit your diet to bananas, rice, apples and toast/crackers until you start feeling better.
