Many different heart: conditions exist, thus too little information. I am a cardiologist specializing preventive (exceedingly unusual; http://goo.gl/Blh6rW), non-invasive & interventional cardiology. Sadly, most want simple answers to complex issues; treacherous. Best look up buscopan & hyospasmol on Google. God Bless.
