I thought i had an ant bite on my toe, there was a bump and it was itchy but the bump has moved to the top of my toe and its even more itchy, what should i do?

Cellulitis?: Difficult to diagnose without seeing the site. If the redness from any insect bite spreads, it may be due to a skin infection called cellulitis. Other symptoms to watch for: the site feels warmer than the skin around it, the redness spreads outward, the area is swollen.
