My 9 month old baby has had a fever of about 37 on and off for 3 days. his head is incredibly hot to the touch. we are giving him nurofen but wondering what else to do? he has lost his appetite as well.

Fluids: Monitor his temperature, and if the temperature is 38 or higher then the medication may be given. Encourage fluids and please call your Pediatrician.
