Arm fat pain: There are no lymph nodes in the area you described. Very unusual symptoms but not really concerning for anything serious. Pay attention to when you get the pain (time of day, related to exercise or exertion, time of month) and record it to see if there is a pattern.

I have a pain in my right armpit that radiates across my breast. I was checked by my gynecologist who found no lumps or swollen lymph nodes.
Both breasts burn and hurt/get sharp stabbing pain on the outer sides near the arms. Armpit pain as well, mainly the left side. Arm joints and elbows hurting, lymph nodes in groin hurting, painless lump on side of neck, painful lump on front of neck.
There's a fixed ping pong ball sized tumor in left breast for 5 yrs. Also a hard fixed painless lymph node in my left armpit. A smelly lump under right armpit a few weeks ago. My left lymph node also turned painful 2 days ago. What does this mean?
Can Breast Cancer only be in underarm lymph nodes ? No cancer on Breast no Breast lumps on Breast?
