Possible: It is possible to have breast cancer at age 16 although less common. You should see your doctor for examination.

Rare...: Breast cancer in teens is very rare, though not impossible. There are many other causes of axillary lymphadenopathy (infection, for example) other than cancer. I would see your health care provider for an examination.
