Fluids: Encourage fluids, he may be dehydrated. Offer clear liquids in small amounts frequently. Dry toast and crackers may help with his nausea. If he is lethargic, unwell and in distress, please go to the acute care center. Monitor his temperature, watch for lethargy and please encourage fluids. Avoid direct sun and avoid contacts until he is evaluated.

No: Urinating twice is enough to get by. Give fluid by spoonful every 5 minutes to promote hydration. Encourage rest and insist on great handwashing. No need for ER unless vomiting ensues, no urine output for more than 24 hours, or any respiratory symptoms
