Do antibiotics thin blood if not on warfarin? no warfarin since mon due to high inr. warfarin supposedly stopped 3+ days before need for and 1am fri start of antibiotic-but i dont trust mom's nursing home! inr still increased-from 5.5 wed to 6.4 sat?
