What blood tests are needed when taking fragmin (dalteparin) to make sure your blood is "thin" enough? was on warfarin...is inr meaningless now? 2 uedvts, ttc

None: Fragmin is supposed to work without checking the inr. Depending on what your doctor is doing sometimes they just keep you on Fragmin or switch you back to coumadin (warfarin). I would touch base with your doctor.
