Truvada: Nosebleeds are not a usual side effect of truvada. If you're having recurrent nosebleeds, I would look for causes like high blood pressure, cracking open of too dry nasal membranes from smoking or excessively dry environment, taking aspirin or anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen, or disorders of blood coagulation such as low platelets or from liver disease.See MD as needed
