My fiance had his nose cauterized 9 months ago and has had three nosebleeds in the last 24 hours... on the same side... what should we do?

Epistaxis: Go back to the ENT again. Sometimes it takes more than one cauterization to completely resolve the problem. Or, in some cases there is a new area on the same side causing problems. Maybe he has predisposing factors for bleeding like medications, hereditary coagulation problems, or anatomic issues like a deviated septum.
