Ng tube feedings used for my preemie. had frequent nosebleed on that side later. any relation?

Possibly: If your baby had an ng for more than a day or two, it was likely switched from one side to the other. It is unlikely that nosebleeds later in life would be related to this. However if the ng was left in place for a prolonged period it can cause erosions, or breakdown of the mucosa. This could present with heavy nose bleeds.
