Yes: Both Vitamin D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, meaning they will be better absorbed when taken with foods that have some fat, such as milk. It may be best to take in the morning. I advise most adults take 4-5000 iu of D3/day to achieve optimal levels, and K2 works in synergy with D3.
