What kind of condition is this? i keep having either motor tics or seizures. my whole body stiffens and jerks. my chest feels heavy and i let out a groaning noise which i can't seem to control. during this time i bite my cheek uncontrollably?

Seizures: This sounds very much like seizures. PLease have yourself investigated and then treated.

Considerations: Although your paroxysmal episodes might be epileptic, much of what you describe could be Tourette's. If you have been taken psychiatric medications, we might consider tardive dyskinesia. Best to have a neurological consultation.
