See your doctor: Anytime I hear someone say they have significant changes in vision or hearing -- I always advise them to follow up with their physician as soon as possible for evaluation. As these symptoms can be implicated in such a wide variety of conditions - it's the only prudent course of action. Make an appointment ASAP. If symptoms worsen, head to the ER.
