Change your diet: Blaoting is usually a sign of fat and or carbohydrate indigestion, meaning something you are eating often has too much of one type of nutrient that you are not digesting properly. I would sit down with a GI doc or registered dietician and make a food diary to see what imbalances exist in your usual diet, then start eliminating them to see if it reduces your symptoms....

Agree with Dr. G: It is probably important that you reduce your intake of food, unless you are underweight. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
