Myth: The side effect of going to bed with wet hair is wet sheets. While this may be something some believe I find little value in it. Wet moldy sheets can permit mold to set up in your linen, so I would attempt to dry your hair. Sniffing mold is about the same as sniffing the dust mites that accumulate in your bedding. Regular laundering would eliminate both issues.

Water is safe: Water in ear may feel unpleasant, but won't do you any harm. Why would you want to go to sleep with wet hair? Not myth that wet hair will harm you, just makes good sense not to soak your pillow and/or bed. Could promote mold. So, dry your hair as well as you can and place towel on pillow if hair is not completely dry. Most mothers give sensible advice most of the time and is based on experience ra
