No problem...: Just rinse it out with a little warm water, pat ear dry and if you have a hair dryer that has an air dry setting, you can gently on low setting blow dry. Otherwise just let it air dry after rinsing it out. Breast milk has such good antibodies in it, that it is not likely to cause any problems even if you do nothing. Thanks for breast feeding! be careful about co-sleeping...
