No: I'd give all recreational drugs and all unnecessary drugs a rest while you are recovering from your mono and while you are on antibiotic treatment which suggests you also have a bacterial infection.

Doubtful: I am unaware of such a thing happening however remember that in most places this is an illegal drug and as such unregulated.
