Its not uncommon: Its difficult to be specific since you don't say what's being treated with azithromycin. 38 degrees is not a high fever but can still be very dehydrating so make sure your baby is drinking lots of fluids. You can also use Tylenol and ibuprofen to keep the temperature down. If the baby has repeated vomiting, persistent fevers over 39 degrees C or trouble breathing go to the emergency room
