Pneumonia-whats wrong if after 3days of taking zithromax antibiotic, the fever never subsides.it still ranges 38.3-39.5c.&still has shoulder-back ache?

?drug resistant: Under circumstances, do not delay, and contact your doctor immediately. Not every infection responds to an antibiotic, and you might have a drug resistant organism or even a problem secondary to a viral organism. Since you are not responding, you need attention now.
