Stable hormones: A healthy body is more likely to have stable hormones. If you are overweight, lose weight. If you don't exercise, begin walking or some aerobic exercise. Eat healthy, whole meals regularly and increase your fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of fluids and practice mindfulness/prayer and other relaxation techniques as stress can prevent conception. See a fertility Dr for further workup.
