More info is needed: There may be a few different explanations for a positive urine pregnancy test at "4 weeks PP": if you were not breast feeding, if you ovulated 4 weeks after a term delivery and had unprotected genito-sexual intercourse, a new pregnancy is one possibility. A false positive test is another possibility as well as "some retained trophoblastic cells".Ask for a blood betaHCG level and a pelvic sonogram
