None.: There is currently no medication routinely prescribed for Covid-19 infections. Some patients which have to be hospitalized for difficulty breathing or multi organ problems may receive IV remdesivir, or plasma or other high risk treatments. None of these would be used outpatient in a pregnant person. Treat symptoms: Acetaminophen for pain, fever. Drink lots of fluids, rest.

COVID 19 : No specific medications. Consider tylenol is needed for pain and saline if needed for nasal stuffiness. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Please advise your obstetrician.
