Yes: Good question which has not been entirely resolved by the medical community. You should have antibodies and should not get it. However, you could still carry the virus (from your partner) and then transmit it. Quarantine for 10 days.

COVID 19: I am not aware of the need to quarantine a second time because you are likely to have the same COVID 19 strain. However, even though COIVD 19 is transmitted primarily through coughs/ sneezes - it can still be transmitted via contact so you should still continue to use appropriate precautions.
