72 hours free of sx: Hi, sorry you are in your current situation. One has to be at least 72 hours free of symptoms especially fever after the minimal 14 day quarantine. Your symptoms do resemble some of what’s related to covid-19. Since I don’t know your history or more information, I would recommend you contact your doctor if you haven’t already.

No Fever/ Symptoms: The most current guidance on when to discontinue quarantine for a presumed positive Covid infection requires 3 parts. No fever for more than 72 hours, All other symptoms have improved, and at least 14 days since symptoms first appeared. If you can be tested, you need two negative tests in a row, 24 hours apart to verify that you are no longer contagious.

Medical attention: You need immediate medical attention. If there was reason due to exposure for you to be quarantined, you now have symptoms of pneumonitis, known complication of coronavirus infection. Other causes for your symptoms cannot be ruled out that is why you need an immediate evaluation with testing at the closest hospital.
