Can i use duolin (nebuliser) and seroflo inhaler together for tight chest feeling due to covid? saturation levels are above 95%?

Duolin can be used as often as every 4 hours In between as well as needed to relieve bronchospasm episodes. This is a rescue inhaler. However if one needs it that often the asthma is considered uncontrolled and hospital care would be indicated even with O2 sats over 95% as peak flow could be falling.
