More than one issue: For concern of pregnancy, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. For diarrhea, you may take Pepto Bismol and drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. If you get vaginal bleeding, see your doctor to go to a hospital. Wish you good health!

Missed period: You don't give enough description of your abdominal pain, but diarrhea and cramps can be from a viral intestinal tract infection. If you've had unprotected sex you could be pregnant. Get a test after several more days. In the meantime, avoid harsh roughage, eat bland,soft foods and keep hydrated. If pregnant call your OB and make an appointment for a.month or so. Take prenatal vitamins
