Hi doctor i have a boil on my inner thighs for 2 weeks now, it does open and the stuff comes out bud it just doesn't get better, is the maybe any antibiotics that i can use.

Abscess (boil): Since this has been going on for 2 weeks, I think it is unlikely to be helped by antibiotics. You will most likely need an I&D (incision and Drainage). A local anesthetic is injected around the abscess and an incision is made and the abscess is explored and drained. it's a minor procedure that can e done by some primary care physicians.
