Headache relief : Acetaminophen is the medicine to take for headache and fever associated with COVID-19. NSAIDS including diclofenac is not recommended at this time. There is a concern that NSAIDS can worsen symptoms in COVID-19 positive persons. Maintain hydration and healthy eating including spinach and nuts, citrus fruits, watermelon, cantaloupe and berries. Wish you a speedy recovery. Contact the doctor.

COVID 19 infection: I work in the USA. All I know about K fenak is that it is an anti-inflammatory medication. NSAID's or acetaminophen can be used for pain.
