My period just finished 2 weeks ago, and when i wipe, theres blood. is it a sign of cancer? or spotting? or stress? there is a tiny bit of stomach discomfort... hoping its not cancer of any sort. please advise! thank you!!?

Irregular periods: Irregular menstrual periods (spotting) are common. If your irregular bleeding persists, talk to your Dr about your irregular periods and what testing can be done to determine the cause.
