My thoughts: ALTHOUGH SHOULDER PAIN COULD BE REFERRED, AND COULD BE ASSOCIATED WITH PINCHING OF NERVES IN ARM OR NECK, COULD ALSO BE SECONDARY TO A NEURALGIA WHICH AFFECTS THE MIDDLE SHOULDER BLADE, "NOTALGIA PARESTHETICA". PERHAPS A NEUROLOGIST COULD EVALUATE THESE AREAS.
