Chest pain: Could be a lot of things. Heart condition needs ruled out. Could be lung related as well. Need to see your doctor for an ekg and chest xray for starters.

POSSIBLE GET CHECKED: Pain as you describe close to your heart associated with hurt to breathe at your age needs to be checked asap I suggest you get evauated by your doctor right away or go to ER as it may be related to yor heart or may be from the lungs
