pain mid-upper left side of side, and just under left shoulder blade. touch does not reproduce any pain. indication pain is from an organ? ct normal.

Sounds: Muscular. The CT would have identified a thoracic disc. Most organ pathology would be negated. Try NSAIDs and light torso exercise!
