What should my father eat, he is on dialysis, with metastasis prostate cancer, and hes diabetic?

Kidney disease: He should not eat any concentrated sweets like candy,pastry, sugary drinks and should avoid large amounts of starches like pasta,rice,potatoes. He may require restrictions in protein intake and potassium rich foods because of his advanced kidney failure. It's best to be guided by the dietician and nephrologist at his local hospital or dialysis center.
