I have been having a constant pain in my left ear after my work shifts. i work at a call centre so im always wearing headsets and after every shift i have this earache almost like a blockage.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Use of headphones may promote fungal infection in the ear canal, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
