Cerumen Impaction: Wax build up in the canal of the outer ear is very common and can lead to ear pay, decreased hearing and muffled noise. Have your ears checked by an md, avoid use of q-tips, and take advil (ibuprofen) 600 mg three times per day for pain.

Thank you. Ive had chronic base-like vibrating sound in my ears for 9 years. It vibrates very quick and I can feel it too. ENT did hearing test on me and I passed with no issues. Ears sensitive to loud sound. Any cure?
