COVID 19: In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps you can use to look at your risk. Contact doctor first.

Usually through GP: In Africa, the typical pathway to Covid testing is through your GP. You may want to call the specific company that told you that you are eligible and ask what paperwork you need to bring.
