Any6 test has false positives (test is positive, but there is no COVID) and false negatives (test is negative, but there is COVID). Tests are extremely useful, but taking precautions is always the best approach. Social distancing and masks are the standard to be followed under all circumstances.. Vaccination is also available and decreases risk.

The false negative test outcome is quite high with the rapid screen, and the PCR which takes 3 days is far more reliable. If latter not done, should be, as you need to be definitive in this somewhat risky environment.
