Not spreading.: Bacteria are very sensitive to dry air and heat. They require moist environment and only survive 1-4 hours max on porous surfaces. Wash your clothes and anything that touched them in hot water if you are really worried. You can also use a disinfectant spray which kills up to 99% of bacteria on contact.
