Probably not: If she is otherwise well with no fever, vomiting, blood in the stool, or weight loss, it is not concerning. I would recommend reviewing any change in her diet as a possible cause and if it continues or if she has any of those symptoms, please contact her doctor for further instructions and possible exam and or testing.

No concerns here: I don't have any concerns about what you are describing. If no blood in stools, no vomiting, and child eating well, a few days of increased stooling and mild change in consistency of poop is nothing to worry about.
