Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may have broken a rib or two. Take acetaminophen, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. If the pain is not decreasing, you get fever, become dizzy, or have a large bruise, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
