Hi. so according to the covid 19 alert app i have been exposed to a positive case. given that this is from the app i dont know the person or how long i was in their proximity. besides quarantine..what are the next steps or what should i do?

Test and monitor: I advise people to get an initial test. If positive, you know what you're dealing with. Then you quarantine and monitor for symptoms. Take temperature minimum of twice a day, and monitor for other symptoms. People with underlying pulmonary disease would be wise to monitor their O2 saturation on home pulse oximeter- these can now be purchased for $20-100 from pharmacies.Rest, good diet, quarantine
