COVID 19: You should quarantine. However, my understanding is that in South Africa, COVID 19 testing is not likely to be ordered by provider if asymptomatic.

Covid testing: Quarantine for 10 days from date of exposure. By day 11, 98% of patients who have Covid will test positive so you can wait until then to see if if you actually got it.
