I have been having flu, headache and tight chest since monday, i took medication. ginger and lemon but the headache is not going away, today i am having running nose, yersterday i was just sweating?

Covid or FLU: Could be Covid. Self isolate and take a test. Treatment includes Acetaminophen for Headache, sore throat. Decongestant for nasal congestion/runny nose. Rest and Lots of fluids will help too. The treatment for flu is the same.
