For typical flu symptoms, during the COVID 19 pandemic, please arrange testing and self isolate. Discuss nasal saline and other over the counter medications with the Pharmacy. Avoid overuse of oral cough preparations. Typically with rest and fluids, there is improvement within one week. Watch for high fever or prolonged fever/cough.
