Herpes I/II ?'s: Oral sex can transmit the Herpes virus to genital areas , as the virus is extremely contagious. It is unlikely that any "asymptomatic" oral infection will occur secondary to this interaction, as that which could be communicated by the described action will occur regardless of the type of Herpes ( I or II).
