Hello my son is now 6 but still struggles with bedwetting. we limit liquid intake after 6 pm and try to wake him up but should we forget to wake him up at night. he wets the bed should we be worried?

Not particularly: Bedwetting @ 6 is not rare. Often one or both parents had a similar issue. Fluid restriction rarely if ever helps as hourly urine creation is based on the full day/not the evening intake. Docs usually screen with a pee analysis & move to management when this is normal. The kids usually have small bladders/ spontaneously quit ~ 10%/yr with no treatment or respond to other doctor methods.

Dont worry: get an Enuresis alarm system. This problem is benign and usually goes away. Do not make son feel guilty or discuss this with others. If not better in few months see urologist
